A long time back when the world was younger and I was in Business school, I did the Marshmellow challenge. The marshmallow challenge is one wherein you are given a bunch of sticks, thread, cello tape and you must build a structure the top of which must hold a marshmallow. My team and I managed to build a standing structure. It is a very interesting design thinking experiment which teaches us a lot about teams and how process and proper collaboration trumps individual brilliance.
